- 1 ½ cups flour
- ¾ cup cornmeal
- 1 tablespoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 ½ cups milk
- ¼ cup oil
- 1 egg
- 3 tablespoons molasses
Step 1: Mix dry and first 3 wet ingredients separately.
Step 2: Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients, then add molasses and mix.
Step 3: bake at 180 C° (about 375 F°) until dark brown. Eat!
